Spindle radial is performed NN30 type double row cylindrical rolling bearing. so it can improve the rotary procision and load capacity of the table.The rail head equipped with pentagonal turret, and the side heud is designed with square turret. The two heads are all adopted the hydraulic balance.The rail head (CK518-CA5112E machine) is adopted rolling leadscrew bearing for transmission in horizontal and vertical movement.The electrical equipment of machine is controlled by PC. so it is high reliability.Overall dimensions of machine is beautiful and it is delightful for people to use. What Is The Details Of Vertical Lathe?

Worktable:Worktable spindle has NN3000K series precision bearing, and its inner ring has taper hole, then through regulating the radial clearance of bearing, the radial accuracy of the spindle could be guaranteed. Spindle guideway adopts the high precision thrust ball bearing to ensure the face run out accuracy of the spindle. Worktable is manual 4-jaw chuck. Main transmission is driven by the spindle AC servo motor, automatic gear change, and in this way, spindle could get stepless speed regulation among two ranges.

Beam:For the processing of different workpiece height, beam could move vertically on the vertical column, but without feeding. During workpiece processing, beam is hydraulic clamped on the vertical column to ensure the whole rigidity of the machine. 
Beam has the horizontal feeding box, and is driven by the AC servo motor and through the speed reduction of the gear and ball screw, the horizontal feeding of the tool rest could be achieved. Beam has stainless steel protection hood to protect the beam guideway.
Vertical tool rest :Vertical tool rest has vertical feeding box, which is driven by the Ac servo motor, and through the speed reduction of reducer driving the ball screw, vertical feeding of the ram could be achieved. Ram is T-type ram with good rigidity. On the ram, there is 5-tool position manual rotation tool table, which could install single tool clamp, taper hole tool bar and boring tool bar.

Electrical System:Worktable main transmission, tool rest feeding control, hydraulic and lubrication control, control system all adopt the PLC control.

Electrical control cabinet adopts independent control cabinet.The machine has independent operation box, and on the operation panel, there are all the machine operation keys and it also has hand-held pulser to achieve manual tool setting.Electrical system has several protections, including under voltage, over voltage and overload protection device to ensure safety.
