1. Lathe features
    a. The guide rail is hardened and durable.

 2. Operating conditions
    The normal operation of the saddle lathe is necessary to satisfy the following conditions. The power supply voltage of the machine tool is small, the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.
    a. Environmental requirements for machine tool orientation
    The orientation of the machine tool should be far away from the vibration source, the direct sunlight and the influence of heat radiation should be prevented, and the influence of humidity and airflow should be prevented. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration grooves should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and will cause poor contact of electronic components, problems, and affect the reliability of the machine tool.
    b. Power requirements
    Generally, the saddle lathe is installed in the machining workshop. Not only does the ambient temperature change greatly, the operating conditions are poor, and there are many kinds of electromechanical equipment, which causes large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the location of the saddle lathe requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system.
    c. Temperature conditions
    The ambient temperature of the saddle lathe is below 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is below 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or a cooler inside the CNC electric control box to maintain the electronic components, especially the constant operating temperature of the central processor or small changes in temperature difference. Excessively high temperature and humidity will lead to a reduction in the life of the control system components and an increase in defects. Increased temperature and humidity, increased dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board, and cause short circuits.
    d. Use the machine tool according to the rules of the manual
    When using the machine tool, the user is not allowed to modify the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. As long as the gap compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Users cannot replace machine tool accessories at will, such as using hydraulic chucks that exceed the rules of the manual. The manufacturer fully considers the matching of various link parameters when setting up accessories. Blind replacement results in mismatches in various link parameters and even unpredictable accidents. The pressure of the hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool holder, hydraulic tailstock, and hydraulic cylinder should be within the allowable stress range, and no progress is allowed.
