New Vertical Machining Center

Machining Center (abbreviated as CNC Fully Computerized Numerical Control): It is a highly automated multi-function CNC machine with tool magazine and automatic tool changer.
Machining Center: After the workpiece is clamped once on the machining center, the digital control system can control the machine tool to automatically select and replace the tool according to different processes, automatically change the spindle speed, feed rate and tool movement relative to the workpiece and other auxiliary functions. , in turn, complete the processing of multiple processes on several sides of the workpiece. And there are a variety of tool change or knife selection functions, which greatly improve production efficiency.
It refers to the machining center that is perpendicular to the spindle axis and the worktable. It is mainly used for processing complex parts such as plates, discs, molds and small shells. Vertical machining centers perform milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads. The vertical machining center is at least three-axis and two-linkage, and generally can realize three-axis three-linkage. Some can be controlled by five axes and six axes. The height of the vertical machining center column is limited, and the processing range of the box type workpiece is reduced, which is a disadvantage of the vertical machining center. However, the vertical machining center has convenient workpiece clamping and positioning; the cutting tool movement track is easy to observe, the debugging program is easy to check and measure, the problem can be found in time, and the shutdown processing or modification can be performed; the cooling condition is easy to establish, and the cutting fluid can directly reach the tool and the machining surface; The three coordinate axes are in agreement with the Cartesian coordinate system, and the sense is intuitive and consistent with the pattern viewing angle, and the chips are easily removed and dropped to avoid scratching the processed surface. Compared with the corresponding horizontal machining center, the structure is simple, the floor space is small, and the price is low.

Folding vertical
The vertical machining center refers to the machining center with the spindle in the vertical state. The structure is mostly fixed column. The worktable is rectangular and has no indexing rotation function. It is suitable for processing discs, sleeves and plate parts. It generally has three linear motions. A coordinate axis and a rotary table that rotates along the horizontal axis can be mounted on the table to machine spiral parts.

The vertical machining center is easy to install, easy to operate, easy to observe and process, easy to debug, and widely used. However, due to the height of the column and the limitation of the tool changer, it is impossible to process parts that are too high. When machining the cavity or the concave profile, the chips are not easily discharged. In severe cases, the tool will be damaged, the processed surface will be damaged, and the processing will be affected smoothly. .

Folding horizontal
Horizontal machining center refers to the machining center with the spindle in the horizontal state. Usually, it has a rotary table with automatic indexing. It usually has 3~5 motion coordinates. Commonly, it is three linear motion coordinates plus one rotary motion coordinate. After the card is loaded, the processing of the remaining four surfaces except the mounting surface and the top surface is completed, which is most suitable for adding the box-like parts. Compared with the vertical machining center, the horizontal machining center is easy to remove chips during processing, which is advantageous for processing, but the structure is complicated and the price is high.
