The Normal Use Of CNC Lathe Must Meet The Conditions

The normal use of CNC lathe must meet the following conditions, the position of the machine tool power supply voltage fluctuation is small, the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees, the relative temperature is less than 80%.
1.CNC lathe location environment requirements
CNC lathe position should be away from the source of vibration, should avoid direct sunlight and thermal radiation, avoid the impact of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, the anti-vibration groove should be set around the machine tool.Otherwise it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, will make the electronic components contact bad, failure, affect the reliability of the machine tool.

2.CNC lathe power requirements
General CNC lathe installation in the machining workshop, not only the environment temperature changes, poor conditions of use, and a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the installation of CNC lathe position, the need for a strict control of the power supply voltage. The voltage fluctuation of the power supply must be within the allowable range and keep relatively stable.Otherwise it will affect the normal work of the CNC system.

3.CNC lathe temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30 degrees, the relative temperature is less than 80%.Generally speaking, the numerical control electric control box is equipped with exhaust fan or cooling fan, in order to keep the electronic components, especially the central processing unit operating temperature constant or temperature difference is very small.Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to the control system component life reduction, and lead to more failures. The increase of temperature and humidity, dust will increase in the integrated circuit board bond, and lead to short circuit.
