1. How to get quotation?
You can send email to service..........com , our staff will reply you within 2 hours when working days, and within 24 hours when holiday.
2. Can I visit your company and see machine?
Of course, and warmly welcome, before coming, please contact us so that arrange reception and car arrangement.
3. What countries your machines export?
America, Iran, Argentina, Russian, Ukraine, Brazil, UK, Peru, Malaysia, Turkey, Korea, UAE etc.
4. What is minimum order quantity?
One machine is OK
5. What is payment term?
30% down payment before production, 70% before delivery out of factory.
6. Your price is FOB or CIF?
Standard is FOB, when customer requirement use CIF or C&F or others, we will update quotation.
7. Your machine made in China or Korea?
Yes, made in China, machine level for middle-high end customer.
Product technology from Italy, Korea, Taiwan.
Well Price performance ratio, high product quality.
8. What certificates and honors your machines have?

9. Is there contact or Proforma Invoice when we purchase machine from you?
Yes, all orders have proforma Invoice with Buyer and Seller signature and company stamp. When some country payment need contact, we also support contract, such as Russian, Ukraine etc.
10. How about delivery time?
Delivery time depends on machine model and machine configuration, usually 1.5-3 months.
11. How to guarantee machine quality?
Inspection requirement can be wrote on Proforma invoice or Contract.
Before delivery, the buyer send top engineer to our company to strict check machine accuracy.
The buyer can also bring Blank parts to let our machine process.
12. Do you accept third party inspection organization to check machine?
Yes, welcome, any time.
13. What equipment manufacturing do you have?

15. How to pay for machine?
T/T bank transfer , bank information at Proforma Invoice
16.Could you install machine and make training for us?
Yes, we can, installation is optional. 100$/per people/per day. About need 2 weeks.
Visa and transportation fee, accommodation offered by the buyer.
17. Do you have origin certificate?
Yes.
18. What is warranty?
Warranty is one year.
19.What is your after-sale service?
Our telephone technical service is lifelong tenure for free of charge. Anything question, contact or call.
20. What documents we can get when delivery?
Machine operation manual, foundation drawing, electrical drawing, packing list, commercial invoice, inspection report, delivery report.
21. How is your package?
Standard export package, suitable for car, train, sea etc.
22. Who order shipment when by sea?
If FOB, customer look for forwarder.
If CIF, the seller look for forwarder.
23. What is your machine voltage, it can be customized?
Machine voltage of ours is 380V, 50-60hz, or 220V, 50-60hz, 3-phrase.
If customer voltage different, machine can install extra transformer.
It is ok.
24. What time your engineer will come training and installation machine?
When machine arrive in customer plant.
