a. If you meet technical question, DRC Machinery have remote control solved by DRC Machinery’s technical; 

b. If meet small problem like bearing change due to long time use, you can fix by yourself;

c. If you meet big trouble, sent machine back, DRC Machinery will fix it and return it back, during the guarantee period, all the cost caused by DRC Machinery’s reason will be charged by DRC Machinery.
